This distinction is earned by full attendance of the Association of Workplace Investigation (AWI) Training Institute and achievement of passing scores on all three tests.

The AWI-CH distinction reflects a demonstrated success at achieving the stated learning outcomes of the training program. AWI is an international professional membership association for those who conduct, manage, or have a professional interest in workplace investigations, including attorneys, human resources managers, private investigators, and others. AWI’s mission is to promote and enhance the quality of impartial workplace investigations.
